Shipping to Nigeria: ( For Nigeria Customers)

Shipping through intermediary agents: myluxuryhairvietnam uses Easy cargo (Lagos, Nigeria) to be the shipping unit. This is a big and experienced agent that specializes in delivering goods from Vietnam to Nigeria by cargo.

We collect all parcels and ship them to the cargo company in Vietnam and they will ship them to Nigeria on Wednesday and Saturday every week.

After shipping agent receives the hair from us, they will send you a Whatsapp message informing the time of delivery.

If you have your own shipping agent in Vietnam, you just need to send us the address. Then, we will help you get the hair delivered at normal cost.

Shipping through UPS/FedEx/DHL

These are quick and convenient shipping units. The time of delivery is only about 7-8 days for USA, UK, Spain, South Africa, Canada, Nigeria.

However we recommend agent shipping for Nigerian clients considering the customs tax.

We partner with some shipping agents. The most popular courier service like DHL, FedEx, UPS is available based on your region. The shipping price will also be informed to you based on your choice of shipping agents and delivery time.

International Tax and Duty

International customers (outside Vietnam) take responsibility for paying applicable inbound duties, taxes and other fees with your local Custom authority in your country. SARA HAIR only pays taxes, duty for orders with Vietnam customs.

Misc Information you may need to know

Working Schedule:
Our office operates from Monday to Saturday. We remain off on Sunday and other Vietnamese Holidays. This will mean that your order can only be sent off during business hours these days. You can expect hair shipping to happen during these hours.

Shipping Address

We do not accept P.O. boxes as shipping addresses. This is why we always recommend our customers put down the correct house number, streets, zip code, city, county, state, country so we can fulfill their express shipping request. We will not be responsible for packages that become lost or sent to the wrong address due to buyers providing incorrect addresses. Please double-check your address so that the package will not become lost in the process

PAYMENT

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No. By the time an order is placed, customers will be asked to confirm all of the details regarding the hair length, texture, quality, quantity, etc. Consequently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, addresses, etc.

However, in any case, every once in a while, items might be damaged during shipping. If an item arrives in one of the following conditions, we will attempt to offer a refund. 

  • The hair arrives defective,
  • The hair arrives broken,
  • The hair texture is different from the one you ordered,
  • The hair length is different from the one you ordered,
  • The hair material is different from the one you ordered
  • The hair is not the one you ordered
  • The hair is different from how it was genuinely described.

 

Noticeably, the returned item(s) must NOT meet the following conditions:

  • The hair has been washed,
  • The hair(s) have been altered in any way,
  • The hair(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault,
  • The hair(s) do not have the original tags on them,
  • The hair(s) are in their original condition and are sent back with their original packaging.

     

  • The receipt/shipping label 
  • Proof of purchase 
  • Proof of defective items

 

CANCEL AN ORDER

Yes, an order could be canceled. Nevertheless, you can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time on the same day.

If you contact us to cancel your order later than this, it may have already been sent to the factory for processing.
